Can I change the currency of my account?

It is not possible to change the currency of an existing account however you can open a new account in the desired currency in the “ADD NEW ACCOUNT” section of your Client Portal.

How do I change the leverage on my account?

To change your account’s leverage, please send us an email request to support@ec2-34-209-91-218.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com or submit a request  via your Client Portal . Please note that the maximum leverage on your T1 account is subject to your Client Classification and other criteria, as described HERE  

How do I update/modify my personal details?

You can update your personal details in the “MY PROFILE” section of your Client Portal.

How do I close my account?

If you wish to close your account, please submit a Help Centre ticket via your Client Portal.
